1. Scope of This Disclaimer
This Disclaimer sets out the terms under which you may use the content, information,
and services made available by Trip Guru Go across our website, mobile application,
customer-communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, and social media, and any
other digital or printed material we produce.
When you access or use any of our services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance that:
- Trip Guru Go operates mainly as a travel facilitator and content provider.
- The material we publish is intended for general guidance only.
- Your use of our content and services is undertaken at your own choice and risk.
This document should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy,
and any other applicable policies.
2. Accuracy of Information & Third-Party Services
2.1 Information Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the details on our website, itineraries, emails,
blogs, and promotional content correct and current. Even so, we cannot warrant the
completeness, accuracy, or dependability of items such as:
- Descriptions of destinations, weather forecasts, or local rules and regulations
- Photographs, ratings, facilities, or inclusions sourced from outside suppliers
- Itinerary timings, journey durations, transport schedules, or seat/ticket availability
- Foreign-exchange rates, regional policies, or indicative pricing
- Supplier-specific details passed to us by external providers, for example hotel classifications, amenities, or images
All such information may be revised at any time without advance notice and is offered
purely for reference.
2.2 Our Role as a Facilitator
Trip Guru Go functions only as a coordinator and booking intermediary between you and
hotels, transport operators, local guides, activity organizers, and similar vendors.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, we do not run these services ourselves.
As a result:
- We bear no responsibility for the performance, behaviour, or quality of service delivered by third-party vendors.
- We accept no liability for cancellations, delays, poor handling, or any shortfall in services supplied by external parties.
- Any complaint, claim, or refund concerning a third-party service should be raised directly with that vendor.
- Where practical, we will assist you in escalating such matters, but we cannot promise any particular result.
2.3 Availability of Our Platform
We do not guarantee that our website, booking system, or app will always be available
or completely free of errors. Technical faults, scheduled maintenance, outages affecting
our partners, or events beyond our control may interrupt service.
We are not responsible for:
- Failed bookings caused by network problems or third-party payment failures
- Issues stemming from caching, expired links, or your own device or browser settings
- Prices or availability shown incorrectly because of real-time system lag
3. Your Responsibilities & Acceptance of Risk
3.1 Personal Responsibility
By using our platform or booking through us, you agree that:
- You will check every detail of your trip before paying, including the itinerary, what is and isn't included, cancellation rules, and required documents.
- You alone are responsible for obtaining and keeping valid travel documents — identity proof, passports, visas, vaccination records, and insurance — unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- You will observe the laws, customs, and safety guidelines that apply at your destination.
- Trip Guru Go is not answerable for disruptions or losses that result from your failure to meet documentation, legal, or practical requirements.
3.2 Health, Fitness & Safety
You are expected to honestly assess your own physical and mental readiness before joining
any tour, expedition, trek, or activity arranged through us. Some trips may involve demanding
physical effort, high altitudes, remote settings, or limited access to medical help.
Trip Guru Go:
- Does not offer medical opinions, fitness evaluations, or health clearances
- Is not responsible for injury, illness, lost belongings, or disruption linked to pre-existing or undisclosed health conditions
You take part in all tours and activities at your own risk.
3.3 Inherent Travel Risks
You acknowledge that travel naturally carries risks, which may include:
- Road delays, accidents, or infrastructure failures
- Shifting weather or environmental conditions
- Schedule changes by airlines, railways, or other transport operators
- Unexpected political, health, or security developments at a destination
By booking with us, you knowingly accept these risks and agree that Trip Guru Go is not
liable for delays, cancellations, or inconveniences arising from them.
