This Payment Policy explains how to pay for a trip booked with Trip Guru Go and what happens if a payment is missed. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If you book by paying the advance booking amount, the balance must be paid by the deadline below to keep your booking confirmed.
Short trips: less than 2 nights.
The balance must be paid at least 5 days before the trip start date.
If the balance is not received 5 days before the trip date, we will treat it as you no longer wishing to continue, and your booking will be deemed cancelled.
Long trips: 2 nights or more.
The balance must be paid at least 25 days before the trip start date.
If the balance is not received 25 days before the trip date, we will treat it as you no longer wishing to continue, and your booking will be deemed cancelled.
Where a trip is booked close to its start date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
The balance payment can be paid in the following ways:
If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your booking is deemed cancelled, and the cancellation charges set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply.
The booking amount remains non-refundable.
