Carry a good-quality 40–60 litre rucksack and a small day bag for hikes and local exploration. A rain cover for your backpack is recommended.
Carry a heavy down jacket, light fleece, thermal wear, hoodie, warm pants, full-sleeve T-shirts, woollen cap, gloves and sufficient warm socks.
Carry trekking or sports shoes with good grip and preferably waterproof. Also carry slippers, sandals or flip-flops.
Pack cold cream or moisturiser, sunscreen preferably SPF 40+, lip balm, sanitary essentials, toothpaste, toiletries, wet wipes, hand sanitiser and other personal-care items.
Carry your regular prescription medicines and a personal first-aid kit. You may also carry commonly required travel medicines, ORS/glucose and sprain-relief essentials as advised by your doctor.
Carry sunglasses, charger, power bank, quick-dry towel, reusable water bottle, snacks, dry fruits, energy bars, waterproof laundry bags and basic toiletries.
Carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as Driving Licence, Passport or another accepted ID.

In case of weather issues, roadblocks, landslides, snowfall, or natural calamities, the trip may be rescheduled depending on operational feasibility and safety conditions.
